In addition to all of the things we know (high blood pressure, etc), stress hormones, being cumulative in your body, significantly impact your relationships. Constant influx of stress has been linked to: FEELINGS OF INSECURITY, ANGER, FORGETFULNESS, DEPRESSION, OVER/ UNDER EATING, CRYING SPELLS, ANGRY OUTBURSTS, SOCIAL WITHDRAWAL
What does stress mean for nookie seekers? Seriously? No one wants any. . . . Men can lose interest and women are so overwhelmed they can’t see straight.

We all know men and women come from different planets and have very different needs. Our culture exploits our differences and offers a variety of exerted tools to understand the in depth needs of each other. But rarely do we see easy solutions to the complexity of our difference with a basic understanding but moreover, to ability to accept the differences and still get what we want. You know what you want (wink, wink).
The couples most often discussed are the ones with deep issues . . .

Recently I have seen a lot of hype, probably due to Jon & Kate as well as the political cheaters – all about cheating, forgiveness and why women blame other women.
This topic gets me going because people seem to make excuses for said cheaters. They look for the reason behind the cheating, and though some of the reasons might be valid, bottom-line. . . Cheaters are selfish, their needs are more important than your needs (or the needs of the family), period. Whatever excuse the cheater gives, I hope it helps them sleep at night, but I am not sure why anyone would buy it.
